Feedback loop (FBL)

The process by which a subscriber is unsubscribed when he complains from his mail manager. When he clicks the spam button, the ISP generates a message to notify the sender and the sender unsubscribes. In this way, the subscriber does not get to opt-out, but is asked to do so by the ISP on their behalf.
