When a user unsubscribes, the Acrelia News platform asks them why they want to unsubscribe. The user is obliged to complete this form.
If you look at the statistics of a particular campaign you can see the number of people who have unsubscribed and the reasons why they have done so. Go to Stats - Campaign stats and access the campaign you are interested in.
In the "View unsubscribes" link you can see what reason each user has given for unsubscribing.
